Sito Gruppo Industriale S.p.A, obtained certification on 30/01/03, from TÜV CERT, of its Quality Management System (QMS) in the design, production and sales of its exhaust systems, in compliance with standard DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008.

The present certification covers all company processes, the main objective being that of enhancing customer satisfaction.

We are proud to have obtained this DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification, and are aware that it involves ongoing commitment on our part to ensure the continual upgrading of all company processes, the final product and the level of customer service, in order to fully comply with what is defined by the standard as being the “continual improvement of the Quality Management System”.
