LeoVince “Carbon Fiber”

SPECIAL COMPONENTS FOR OFF-ROAD MOTORCYCLES

LeoVince is seeing to the needs of the motorcycle world in a more and more extensive way.

And indeed, the new “Carbon Fiber” division has been set up within it, which besides providing accessories for exhaust systems (casings, straps, mounting brackets, heat shields) is developing special components—both aesthetic and functional ones—for enduro and cross bikes.

The range, which initially catered for the requirements of Honda and Yamaha models, starts with front and rear disc covers—the first ones being used this season by the MX1 queen class World Champion, Antonio Cairoli—and extends to items such as brake calliper protection, chain eyes, right/left engine protection, pinion protection, and engine casing.

All items are “Full Carbon”, i.e. they are made completely from carbon fiber to guarantee structural resistance, lightness, quality, and aesthetic effect.

Production work is carried out using autoclave with moulds that are made so as to give each component a natural shine.

In keeping with LeoVince company philosophy, the whole working cycle is in-house, right from the component design stage; this allows products to be tailored from a purely aesthetic point of view as well as from a functional point of view.

For example, the under-engine protection plate of enduro models is larger and wraps around more than the cross type, as the two sports require different functionality.

Components of the “Carbon Fiber” product line are pre-holed and have all the small parts needed for installation, in order to provide the end customer with a real “ready-to-use” kit that does not need further fitting operations.
