Best upgrade I did on my vitpilen 401. EVER
Hesitating at first, I saw a lot of good reviews a bit everywhere. So I went for this particular model.
After installation, I must say this is the best upgrade I did for my Vitpilen 401.
First, buying is very easy on the website, and updates are clear.
Installation is done in a breeze, this is childplay, and the materials are of great quality.
The sound is now great (I still have the cata), not too loud, and deep enough to feel the monocylinder . With stock exhaust, sound and feeling was sad as hell.
I now love even more my bike!

The perfect balance of design, sound, build and price
This thing is great. I was initially surprised by how good it looks in person, and the colour is much warmer than I expected, which I like. The sound is deep but I can also hear what the engine is doing a lot more clearly which makes riding easier, and it just feels cool. Installation was incredibly easy. The hardest part was fitting the two pieces together but that's only because they're so well made. A bit of a twisting action finally got the silencer on to the header pipe.
I originally couldn't imagine what an exhaust could do for a 400cc bike, but it's made the whole experience of riding more fun, exciting, and then there's the satisfaction of customising my bike with a well-made bit of kit that makes me just wanna stare at it.
The only thing I don't like is the mesh grill over the silencer opening. I feel like there must be some more subtle design solution, or simply leave it out, like the titanium version. It has, however, darkened over time so it's less pronounced.

Would buy LV again
Not my first purchase from LV, once more installation went smoothly and the performance improvement is noticeable - less weight, more power. In addition it improved the look of my bike.

One of the nicest and good priced exhaust you can get. What's even better is getting it online and deliver to you anywhere around the globe.
The exhaust note for a single is already good. It sings when you really punch the throttle. Quite frankly, it is addicting that you want to keep the revs high. Low revs generate a deep tone. The build and quality are superb! The packaging is very well thought out. If there was an option to improve, it would be their selection for universal exhaust. I kinda noticed that for this model, they don't have the branding marked but rather just a sticker. Overall, it's a great product. you can't go wrong with it. Price and performance are something that you can really look at in this product. On my next bike, this brand would be on top of my list.
