Our R&D department is in a brand-new facility in Monticello D’Alba (CN), Italy in a 1,500sqm total area.
All LeoVince exhaust systems and silencers are designed, developed, tested and homologated in this location by our team of highly specialized technicians.
The entire development of every LeoVince product is done internally in our R&D department, equipped with all the machinery necessary for the various phases of the process: from the 3D modelling to the manufacturing of prototypes, from dyno testing to homologation.
Our technicians are trained to handcraft prototypes with the best available materials, from titanium to carbon fiber, from stainless steel to the highest performing aluminum alloys; in our R&D department we are equipped to weld titanium in a vacuum welding chamber, laminate the carbon fiber in an atmospherically controlled room and carry out the reticulation process of the carbon fiber products in an autoclave dedicated to the development of prototypes.

Our R&D department internally performs all the noise tests necessary for the homologation of the exhaust systems. This is possible thanks to the presence of a dedicated dragstrip and of the certified equipment necessary for static and "Pass-By-Noise" tests. For the emission testing we work in collaboration with the best labs, equipped with specific test benches. All tests are carried out under the direct supervision of the most important European homologation authorities, in order to always be in line with the latest requirements and the current regulations.
The marketing material is created internally by our marketing team; in our R&D department we also have a photo studio where we can photograph the products we just developed and record the unmistakable sound of the LeoVince exhausts.
